Request deletion of enquiry or account-related information.
Website enquiry deletion
Email admin@brandupdigital.in using the same email address or mobile number submitted in the enquiry. Include “BrandUp CRM Data Deletion Request” in the subject.
CRM account or business data
An authorized business administrator should identify the business account and the categories of data requested for deletion. Records required for security, accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations may need to be retained for the applicable period.
Third-party integrations
You may revoke any optional third-party service access from the relevant provider. After verification, associated stored configuration can also be removed from the CRM.
Verification and response
We may request reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. Valid requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period based on data scope and legal requirements.
